So I've been through the whole testing process from stool cultures to colonoscopy. All normal, "you just have ibs" Now today I have blood in my stool. Not a lot, but definately blood, bright red. I've been doing somewhat well lately with Align (been on it for 3 months) and only have loose-ish stools in the morning and otherwise fine. A huge change from before where I got D whenever I ate. Should I march back to the doctors yet again? They found no polyps, no IBD, no chrons, no colitis, no celiac, etc.

It could be hemorrhoids since the blood color is bright red. Here is a link to information on bloody or tarry stools. If you have concerns it is always wise to talk to your GP.
