Dasani water is a disgusting product. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. IT IS NOT SPRING WATER. It is made by a sodapop company and, to the best of my knowledge, it is filtered tap water. It tastes awful. Just one sip makes me nauseated. Even my friends who don't have IBS can't stand it. Please do not recommend this water to anyone, especially those with IBS.

My apologies for being so harsh, but I see this water being sold everywhere and I can't figure out how there could be so many palateless people who can't taste how bad this water is.

This is a matter of opion. What someone else likes and doen't like is there choice. I hate peas but there are so many people on here that love them same thing with other foods but I don' tell them not to eat it.

I don't care for this product either. I was at a work conference, and my only water option was Dasani. I drank about 2 sips and tossed it. It just tasted skanky to me.

I disagree that this is comparable to liking peas or not. Bottled water is a huge environmental drain, and in the case of Dasani (which is owned by Pepsi), it's not even spring water, it's just regular old tap water. The fact that they marketed it as otherwise was a big item in the news a few years back - google it.

Better to just add flavourings like lemon or cucumber to your tap water. Saves on plastic garbage as well.

I so agree with you. The only time I buy bottled is if I am somewhere and don't have my jug with me. And that is rarely.

I work at mcdonalds and the only thing I can drink there is their dasani bottled water..I like it..I hope its not bad for me I drink 1 or 2 a day,5 days a week.you can't bring your own beverages, only on your break..and I refused to get thirsty then guzzle down 2 bottles of water only on my break..I sip the water or take a few drinks every so often at work.
