Water problem

Everytime I drink tap water I have the same big pains I had when first diagnosed with IBS. I've gave up my beloved sodas, coffee, and tea when diagnosed. What other water can I drink? Distilled?

buy you a pitcher that filters your water and stick in in the fridge. Thats what I do, or buy bottle water and keep in in there for when you go some were. I keep a 6 pack of bottle water in mine if you have a dollar tree you can get them for a $1.oo. The pitchers are at wal-mart or you can buy bottle water there in the jugs that say drinking water and there cheap as well. hth
