I wondered if anyone has tried Amy's Organic Low Fat Minestrone or Lentil Soup? I wasn't sure if they were safe or not. Here are the ingredients:
Amy's Low Fat Minestrone Soup Filtered Water, Organic tomatoes, onions, carrots, kidney beans, potatoes, celery, green beans, pasta(semolina flour), peas, leeks, spices, sea salt, sunflower oil, garlic, and black pepper.
Amy's Lentil Soup Organic lentils, filtered water, celery, carrots, onions, potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, spices.
What do you think? If I eat it with an English Muffin and some Acacia Powder, do you think I'd be alright? Thanks for your help!

Many people have problems with onions, garlic and leeks. You might have to try them and see how it goes.

Ummmmm! That sounds delish. I might have to try that. I know Amy's sells good products, but I have never tried them. I may have to try that one.

I would eat the first one but not the second! Too heavy on the stomach for me even though it is so good!

I've had the Lentil; I don't recall any specific problems, but then I have problems with so much food, that it all just blurs.
What I *can* eat of Amy's without incident is the veggie lasagne. Weird, maybe, but it doesn't bother me one little bit. I can even eat it late at night. I buy it at Costco, and it's still not 'cheap', but to me? sooooo worth it.

They make great stuff, including tasty frozen entrees, frozen pizzas, and delicious veggie burgers that are bigger and "meatier" than other veggie burgers. I have had both of those soups and they're delicious. However, I prefer the vegetable lentil soup over the plain lentil soup. More flavor and not so overpowering with the beans!
