Baked potato toppings

So I'm at my grandmothers' and she's making an IBS unfriendly supper. So I was thinking I would just make myself a baked potato but I need easy topping ideas that I could just buy at the store. Nothing soy-based and they don't have salsa in the small town where she lies. What do you put on you sweet potato?
TIA!

Canned tuna is great on baked potato. However, I am not sure it will go well with a sweet potato.

That's a great idea! I'll just get some tuna in water tomorrow, it will be a regular potato so it will go well with it. Thanks, Syl !

I put lots of Smart Balance on mine. Have no problems with it.

Sweet potato gets margarine, salt and pepper and sometimes brown sugar and pecans.

Baked potato is tough if you can't get soy sour cream. Can you make DF pesto or another herb/oil concoction?

Baked potato topping - Tuna with a Twist! new

I first thought tuna on a potato sounded weird, but I tried it - with a twist - and it was great.

I adapted the tuna from Heather's recipe for Italian Lemon Tuna Sandwiches (EFI cookbook, page 158).

I mixed up the tuna and seasonings according to the directions, except I left out the onions (just lazy) and added one tsp of crushed dried basil leaves.

I heated it up a little in the microwave and topped the potato with it. I also added a little soy sour cream for a little more moisture, but it didn't need much.

Hope someone else enjoys this too! =)
