Natural flavors are flavors extracted from things like fruits. Artifical flavors are produced using chemicals and should be avoided.

Grape, apple, pear and mango juice are high in fructose. Heather suggest is is better to eat the fruit instead of drinking the juice to reduce the amount of fructose you consume.

There is no IF or SF in grape juice unless it contains the pulp and/or skins.

It would say it in the nutrition part of the label along with calories, fat and protein. If it contains less than 1 gram of fiber per serving then they don't need to report the amount of fiber.

I am certain that pure fruit juice without pulp or skins contains little if any SF or IF.

yea it didn't say anything about fiber, it also says no HFCS, artificial colors or sweetners.its all natural. So it won't make my stools mushy and messed cuz there's no IF? cuz when I have IF sometimes stools are small or harder to pass cuz their so mushy and thats when I just totally feel my worst.
