I just wanted to say Happy New Year to everyone, with out this board I don't know how I would survive. I have been taking probiotics after info. from shanna (I can't thank you enough) and it is amazing how much better I have been. I have learned to be thankful for every good day I have!! And bad days I learn to rate based on how bad they really are b/c I know it could be much worse (usually!)
I was able to enjoy my new year's dinner and dessert(we ate at home) with out bad consequences and that was amazing!
So the point is if you are thinking of taking probiotics I def. encourage it! Thanks Shanna again. Sorry to blab on and on!

Rlan, you weren't "blabbing" -- you were offering us the benefit of your experience. That's a good thing. In fact, I think you've inspired me to give it a try. I'd been thinking about it, and in fact bought some, but hesitant to "go for it" -- until your post.

Do give them a try. I had the same results as Rlan( and shanna to thank also). I could not believe the difference they have made. Hope it works as well for everyone else.
