This is the ingredient list for Road's End Organics Dairy Free Shells and Chreese cheddar style. There are 2 servings per box and each serving has 1 gram of fat plus whatever is in the soymilk that you add. The website is www.edwardandsons.com
Can someone tell me if this should be safe? Thanks.

-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I made a list of some ibs safe food items I found online..stuff that can be opened up and cooked, really fast and convenient. I also thought if someone was traveling, they could take some stuff with them.
Does anyone eat lay choy. It's this large blue can you get at wal mart next to the soy sauce..it's 2 can's connected, the top can is the chicken and sauce, I got the chicken sweet& sour one..then the bottom can is vegtables. I thought some of it on top of rice would be safe?
