Kentucky Grilled Chicken!?

I've been excited seeing the ads on TV that perhaps there is another option for IBSers like us to eat.
I just checked out the website...and kudos to KFC...they list the fat contents and allergens.
It looks like from the link that KFC's Grilled Chicken Breast meets the low fat content and does not contain milk.
It also looks as if the green beans and potato wedges are safe sides.
Has anybody tried and been safe with these foods?
What do you think...can it be?

It does look as though those options would be safe. Would be interested in hearing if anyone has tried them.

I've found MSG to be a major trigger for me, so I won't be trying them! But if you don't have a problem with MSG, it might be worth a shot.

I have tried a KFC grilled chicken breast recently. I had no problem with it at all. I also had some sides with no symptoms.
