These are the ingredients for the original vegan Boca Burgers. I do fine with soy milk, tofu and soy yogurt. Should these be safe as well for me? I'm a little cofused with all the wheat stuff in there too, don't know if all of it is ok. Thanks for the help.

Ingredients: WATER, SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, WHEAT GLUTEN, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF METHYLCELLULOSE, SALT, CARAMEL COLOR, DRIED ONIONS, YEAST EXTRACT, SESAME OIL, HYDROLYZED WHEAT PROTEIN, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR (NON-MEAT), DISODIUM GUANYLATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE. CONTAINS: SOY, WHEAT, SESAME.

I cannot eat soya but the dried onions and artificial flavors would give me problems.

Thanks, maybe I'll try one of the recipes in the index instead.

the vegan meat products are all 'safe' but they do contain derivatives of MSG (hydrolized proteins and autolyzed extracts) so I try not to live on them. I do eat meat free burgers a few days a week in summer at most, without problems, and they are yummy!
