I'm nervous and haven't eaten ketchup, pizza sauce or marinara sauce since I was diagnosed with IBS. Until recent I was very stable but now am 12 weeks pregnant and battling a little bit of trouble but am still trying new things every couple of weeks. I have recently starting making oven fries and thought a good way to try tomatoes would be ketchup since I'll be eating it with the potatoes (a good sf base) and also would only be eating a small amount of it. Just make sure the ketchup you use does not contain high fructose corn syrup or other unsafe ingredients.
