What is the best way to go about this? I'm nervous and haven't eaten ketchup, pizza sauce or marinara sauce since I was diagnosed with IBS. Until recent I was very stable but now am 12 weeks pregnant and battling a little bit of trouble but am still trying new things every couple of weeks. I have recently starting making oven fries and thought a good way to try tomatoes would be ketchup since I'll be eating it with the potatoes (a good sf base) and also would only be eating a small amount of it. Any thoughts or help from you guys would be great. Thanks.

I frequently eat oven fries with ketchup. Just make sure the ketchup you use does not contain high fructose corn syrup or other unsafe ingredients. Its the tomato seeds and skins that give me problems.
