What Probiotic is the one to take when your on antibiotics?

There are so many out there and I am confused as to which I would need to use when on antibiotics. I already get alot of SF so that gives me the prebiotic.

Align is the only probiotic that I know of that has been proven to be effective for IBS.

Probiotics containing lactobacillus and bifidobacterium may help with diarrhea associated with taking antibiotics. Take the probiotic a couple of hours after taking the antibiotic.
