erind a calcuim question for you new

Congrats on the baby! I was wondering whats a good way to get in calcuim. When expecting I can't do soy milk or the cheese and I can't do the rice milk or cheeses either! Any advice?

I have been on this diet for almost 3 years and I still have prolbems with snacks and lunches(if I don't have leftovers). any advice?

The best way to get calcium is from food, however as you know, it's difficult to get the amount you need when you are sensitive to certain foods and on top of it, pregnant. Ready to eat cereals are fortified with calcium. You can also get a fair amount of calcium from salmon which is also an excellent protein source. Although greens provide high amounts of calcium, make sure you eat them very carefully! You can try adding this into smoothies or cooking them very well. Seaweed is also an excellent source of calcium (Kelp in particular is loaded with calcium). If you just can't get enough from food I would start supplementing some calcium. If you are IBS-D, try calcium carbonate. If you are IBS-C try Calcium Citrate (calcium with magnesium).
