Hi everybody, I was wondering if anyone has tried the new Banana nut flavored Cheerios. Just wanted to know if people think they're ok for IBS. Thank you!

I don't recall anything unsafe in it but the taste was way disappointing! I love bananas and was excited to try it and it sucked.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Thank you for responding to my question. I guess I'm just unsure if those ingredients are harmful for IBS or not. The best idea must be to stay away from them b/c I'm unsure.

I mix together Cheerios, Honeycombs and Rice Chex in one large container. This helps me not to get sick of one or another and the Honeycombs adds just enough sweetness tot he Cheerios and Rice Chex. I usually eat a bowl of this at night because I have had to take alot of Advil lately for a broken tail bone. If I take the Advil on an empty stomach it really tears me up. Does Advil cause C?
