Need to gain some weight

Hi everyone, just wanted to know if anyone has any suggetions on how to gain weight(never thought I'd be saying this)on the diet. With the low fat content, I feel its hard to gain weight. What can I do or eat to gain 5 lbs back.Thank you in advance!!!

Can you handle bananas? They are pretty high in calories. You could also try baking some of the breads, muffins etc in the IBS Recipe Board...they are low in fat but the white flour gives them a lot of calories.
Also try to add a piece of white bread before meals and for snacks.
I also love Trader Joes Animal Crackers and they are relatively high in calories.
For insoluble fiber try to add in nuts, also high in calories.

I'm in the same boat as you, I lost 5 pounds. Right now, I gained 1-2 pounds back just from trying to eat more. I find that I can eat more when my symptoms are under control, so do all you can to tame your IBS and you should gain weight back.
