how do you all do with mate tea?
i have read that it is good for digestion, but it contains caffeine, so does it irritate the digestive tract?

i have ginger mate tea and it helps a stomach ache, but could i just have ginger tea instead, without the caffeine?

also, has anyone else been diagnosed as having an intolerance to grains --- not gluten, but ALL GRAINS?

Caffeine is a strong GI stimulant and not good for IBS.

Did a GP or GI doctor request the intolerance tests that indicated you are intolerant to grains? If the test were not done by a health professional what type of test did you have?
