Today was a bad IBS day for me. Yesterday I had an administrative meeting and was wound up about an issue that I felt wasn't equitable. It's been stressing me for about 3 days- but today, finally, I find that the situation was reviewed, and changes are now in place (changes to which I posed)so I'm much relieved, however, I've had bad bloating, stomach pain and bad d. I feel my stomach is on a rollercoaster at the moment and I don't really know why. Maybe it's just the worry about work and a family member in hospital? Better days ahead...

I really hope you feel better soon. Stress is a big trigger isn't it? Unfortunately teaching is not the most unstressful job either!

THanks for that. I do feel much better today, however, put a nice dent in the car on my travels. Doh! I never do things like this! Bring on the school holidays!

This term is so long isn't it!!! It feels as if it will never end. The teachers are fed up, so are the kids! It's probably only the parents who are not looking forward to the holidays.
