I thought I had a cystic pimple or something.. theres this lump..when I can feel it when I grap the sore skin together there is a lump under it. I have no money at all,in the negative.

can you describe where on your neck? could it be a swollen lymph node?

Based on your post, what the hell do you expect someone to say? Nobody can do anything but speculate on such a vague description. Even if you were descriptive, this kind of thing you should see a doctor about
