Wow, So I am feeling very positive after reading this book. I had seen it in the store and online but I was always hesitant because nothing works for us. But now I'm kicking myself for wasting so much time.
Some of the stuff in the book I knew but there's a lot I did not know. I just started following this book and I already see an improvement. A few days ago I was having bad D and had to go downtown (a 40 minute drive on a good day, which there never is) so I drank some Fiberrific (like Benefiber but found in health stores) and within half hour I felt at ease.
Hello Everyone, hope to be a regular here!

Hope you can get stable!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
