Quick advice needed!!

Hi, I need some help here...I drank liquor over this past weekend since it was my best friend's 21st birthday. I know, I know, terrible. Anyway, I have had severe diarrhea of course since then...today is tuesday, and on thursday I have to drive a few hours to meet my boyfriend's parents for the first time! Does anyone know some quick solutions to make this go away in a day? I have been practically only eating bread but no luck...and what should I order in the restaurant so it doesn't come back that night? THANK YOU for any help!!

It has never given me any side effects except for the occasional blockage. If I feel a issue coming on I take 1/2 of one. Good luck and take a GPS with you so a bathroom is just a few key clicks away!
