Recipe for Sirloin Steak

I have a great recipe for top sirloin steak, but don't know if it is safe to eat. Has anyone tried this? I know we have to stay away from pork, but not sure about beef. Would love to hear from anyone who would know...

Hi. Were suppose to stay away from all red meat! But maybe you could sub with some turkey loins or something. There is a place were theres questions you can post about recipes maybe someone can help you there. hth
