any one think rice and soya milk

i dont think rice or soya milk likes me right now my ibs c is killing me bloated and uncomfortable lots
do you think lactose free milk watered down be safe
am up the wall right now i no you all must be sick of my posts but i have no clue what to eat i dont think oats agree with me to one bit help

Have you tried elliminating all dairy ? If you need something try yogurt.Plain and add your own fruit.
You need a probiotic . You could also try taking acidophilous pills.Ask at the pharmacy.
But stay away from rice soya and dairy as much as possible.

I have to stay away from ALL dairy so I personally would not do yogurt. And I agree try eliminating ALL Dairy.. Have you ever used ALMOND MILK? That has become my new fav..
