If you need something try yogurt.Plain and add your own fruit. You need a probiotic . You could also try taking acidophilous pills.Ask at the pharmacy. And I agree try eliminating ALL Dairy.. Have you ever used ALMOND MILK? That has become my new fav.. -------------------- IBS C Mostly .. More stable than ever Since being on the IBS diet!
