citrucel soft chews

Has anyone tried the new Citrucel caramel and chocolate soft chews? they come 60 in a container for like $10...wondered if I could use those instead of the powder drink for a soluble fiber on hand..I am new to the board and was just recently diagnosed with IBS,Thanks

I like the Citrucel tablets, some people do not tolerate them very well.

I looked at the soft chews and there was a reason I did not try them - milk is an ingredient which may aggravate IBS.

Ingredients: Chocolate: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Modified Cellulose, Coconut Oil, Calcium, Cocoa Powder with Alkali, Nonfat Milk, Glycerol, Corn Syrup Solids, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Sucralose, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Acesulfame K. Caramel: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Modified Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Coconut Oil, Nonfat Milk, Glycerol, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Corn Syrup Solids, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Caramel Color.

thank you I did not know the ingrediants...just heard about them from a friend...I'll be staying away from those
