While the articles are quite technical some of the tables give excellent dietary management information for IBSers (e.g. Figure 2 in the second reference). Something else you may find interesting is the description in the first reference of the relationship between short chained carbohydrate malabsorption such as fructose/lactose and SIBO (also known as SBBO).
