Tolerance of caesin in soy cheese

Hi
I was wondering if any body can tolerate the caesin and whey found in soy cheeses. The reason I ask if my local market has a excellent range of Okanagan soy cheeses which looking really tempting. They'd be great to use on a little pizza I'm planning on making.

I actually just posted about this also. I cannot tolerate the casein in soy cheese. But I found Veganrella and Vegan Gourmet that both do not contain whey or casein. I havent tried it yet, but I plan on using it for pizza. Both those cheeses I found at a health food store. Good luck!

I love follow your heart cheese they taste just like the real thing esp the mozzarella! It makes a wonderful pizza!

Yes, I react to the caesin in the soy cheese. You need to go to a health food store where they will carry a soy cheese that is free of the caesin.
