Sorry about posting this on the diet board. The fitness board is not visited a whole lot.

I am A, but mainly C. I wonder which is better...to work out in the morning or late afternoons after work. I am usually pretty bloated from the time I wake up on. Plus I have a desk job so I sit for eight hours. What works better for you? Any suggestions? Thanks!
