First of all, my husband and I just got orders to Italy, am I going to have access to the foods as easily over there as in America?
My 2nd question, lately I have been having trouble with painful and stiff joints. Mainly in my fingers,wrists, elbows,shoulders and knees. It has been going on for a while and getting worse. Has anyone have any idea what this could be? I feel like I am 80yrs old. I am only 24!

Hi!
I don't know anything about the food available in Italy, but I know quite a bit about joint pain. It's one of those "see your doctor" things, especially if it's in more than one joint and getting worse at your age! My joint pain was originally from Lyme disease, but I was also tested for rheumatoid arthritis and other arthritic conditions. The doctor can check for a variety of problems using blood tests and most conditions improve with treatment.
I hope it's something boring and easy to fix!
