Things here are crazy and its late. Everything I have is frozen what in the world do I eat thats quick with souble and if please help!ps I have no luch meat......

I like rice noodle soups (Trader joes for 99c) and a Morningstar veggie burger in my soup.

I have found these Asian Kitchen and Thai Kitchen meals that are great. They have noodle bowls and they also have bagged noodle meals that you can add shrimp,chicken and tofu to. They have tons of kinds. You just have to read labels as I have found a couple flavors that have milk products in it.

Canned tuna on pasta or rice. Add some cooked veggies too
