ENZYMES IN THE UK ?

does anyone here use enzymes ? did they help ? if so what are they called in england and where can i get them !!!!
I hope someone replies cause the last few posts i have put up nobody has relpied to me im feeling a little ignored lol !!

Jen- I agree with Fen about your first post - anytime there is an abrupt change in your BMs - ones you have not experienced before - because we know IBS fluctuates sometimes between C & D - you need to see a dr. first. Same is true about your gynecological problems. To my knowledge IBS does not cause any gyn. problems, however, gyn. problems sure does aggravate IBS. As to enzymes - I assume you are referring to digestive enzymes - if so, many people on this board take them. Try reposting under IBS Diet and see if you get an answer. I only tried them once and evidently took the wrong ones. BUT, many have good success. People on this board really care, we just don't know the answers some times... {{Hugs}} and prayers for relief - Dorothy

I take them, and they have made a huge difference for me. I haven't had a major attack for almost 3 months. I take Dr. Peter Gillham's Digestive Essentials which I order from the internet. I think its www.vites.com. Good luck.
