So I know that all dairy is supposed to be off the table for IBS, but I can eat yogurt with no problem. I have been eating Activia for awhile, but I would like to try something different, especially an organic yogurt.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what organic brands are tasty? Thanks!

Stonyfield Farm is far and away the best yogurt IMHO, and they have a wide variety of flavors. They even have soy ones if you want to try to go dairy free. I personally don't care for the soy, but some people do.

Agreed - I used to eat this all the time back in the day when I could eat yogurt. As an added bonus, it's hormone and RBgH free!!

A nutritionalist told me that if you're going to eat any yogurt it should be Stonyfield Farm. Personally I tried the soy yogurt and couldn't stand it....even the smell was gross.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! It sounds like Stonyfield Farms is the way to go. I think I'll head on over to my local health food store tomorrow and pick up a flavor or two.
