I didn't think I was getting enough fruit in my diet so I've been trying V8 Splash Berry Blend This is what it has in it:water,glucose-fructose(is this added or is it in the fruit?)carrot juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, malic acid, fruit flavour, berry juice concentrate(cherry, stawberry, raspberry, blackberry juice concentrates) ascorbic acid and colour
Do you think this would be safe or iffy?I haven't been feeling the greatest lately good days and bad off and on.I also haven't been eating very well,we've been busy.I don't know if this in making my problems worse or if it looks alright.
Any ideas?

I drink V8 all the time-even add my acacia in it sometimes. Never had any problems-but then tomato products are not a trigger for me. Haven't tried the splash, but I would think its ok.

The glucose-fructose is added. It is the same thing as HFCS. Also, the apple juice is high in fructose. If you are fructose sensitive then you may want to avoid this drink.
