Just wanted to say that I've been eating the way Heather teaches in her books and online for about 2 months now and I am feeling fantastic. In addition I use the Peppermint tea oil capsules and the Tummy Powder, along with drinking only herbal teas. I'm so happy to finally have hope that I can live a normal life like other people. I have my life back, only it's better. After many years of misery, pain and embarrassment, I'm finally really living. Thank you so much Heather!!!!

I hope you don't mind me asking but what do you find to eat io have been on this diet for about 2 yrs now and I still have a limted menu! Any advice or help would be appericated.

I won't describe my diet as EXCITING! But I have a good diet with lots of food variety. I also have some creative tricks for sauces using pureed babyfoods! If you use your imagination, it's amazing what you can come up with, and sometimes it tastes pretty good too! E-mail me if you need some suggestions! I'm not a gourmet cook, but I probably have a few recipes you haven't thought of ... and you probably have a few I haven't thought of!
