I've had a few recent tests that show slight anemia; I'm not normally anemic, and I'm sure it's because my diet has been so restricted lately. My doc recommended a supplement, but vitamins tend to upset my tum even when I'm stable. Anyone here have any luck with any multi w/ iron? Thanks!

I can't take vitamin pills bc my IBS may flare up. Miracle 2000 that I get from GNC or drugstore.com works great. My husband, my mother and I agree they make a big difference in how we feel. I put it in some juice and drink it throughout the day.

Thanks for the suggestion. I see this brand only has 6mg iron. Since I'm anemic, I'll need more than that. BUT I like the concept of a liquid vitamin - it may be easier on my gut than a pill. So I'll be on the lookout for one with enough Fe.
