im a 47 year old man...6 ' 150 pounds...athletic.......my ibs seems to be more under control than ever now with 5 mg lexapro BUT i notice that my abdominal area looks like im pregnant if i relax my muscles.......i dont feel bloated and dont have gas and dont have pain, etc.......is this ibs bloating? I run 10 milers and walk 5 miles per day and do weight training every day..and im thin .....is this bloating OR would there be pain/constipation associated with this?

I'd consider that bloating. I have that issue all the time with no actual pain. Just severe discomfort.

thanks...i dont even have discomfort....just hate the fact that i run and do a million situps and look like im pregnant....and im a man!
