Reged: 11/08/05 Posts: 105 I've been taking Omega 3 Fish Oil capsule for the past month, hence to help lower my cholesterol. Well, I kept seeing some bullet shaped items in my stool. Come to find out, it's the fish oil capsule not digesting. AT ALL!! Should I keep taking them? If they're not digesting, then obviously I'm not getting anything out of them.
