What things do you have to keep on hand that you rely on as SF to keep your tummy happy? These are the things I have to keep in my pantry/frig:
Organic baby carrots
Frozen mango chunks
Bananas
Organic Rice cakes
Organic White Jasmine Rice

These are all things that are easy to grab and add to just about any other meal that I might be having. They are also easily found at most grocery stores...what about you?

Oatmeal
Rice
Carrots
Natural apple sauce
Bananas

I know oatmeal doesn't work for everyone, but it absolutely saved me when my IBS was at its worst.

Bananas, mangoes, and baked yams/sweet potatoes!

Also oatmeal, rice cakes, rice bread, and just plain rice.

I have at least one of these at every meal!

That's what I do too! Try to eat at least one per meal, and on a really good day I "sandwich" the rest of meal in b/t my SF.

This is weird but I LOVE munching on dry Honeycombs cereal.
I also like using flour tortillas. Sometimes the yeast in regular bread makes me feel bloated.

Not weird at all. My mum (who also had digestive "issues") always snacked on these when I was a kid (like popcorn), and I picked it up from her. Hmmm, haven't had any in awhile - I'll have to go get some now!

Other SF staples - pretzels, animal crackers and fresh bread (all natural) from a bakery close to where I work. Yum!
