Heather, could you respond to my question regarding IBS symptoms and using Citrucel to ease them. I read it in the Eating for IBS section, but am not clear about it. When to use it, how much to use, it's effectiveness in relieving symptoms, etc. Also, how can I be assured that using it will not cause diarrhea (although I tend to be more constipated/poor elimination) I have pretty significant anxiety about diarrhea. After discovering your website I started a using Citrucel regularly and am up to one full scoop once a day. It has helped tremendously, but I don't feel I am "stabilized"....what is stabilized anyway??
