coffee w/silk creamer 1/2 banana
1/2 croissant Iced soy latte (I drink this throughout the day, very slowly)
honey rice cakes baby carrots water
sauteed veggies (sweet peas, squash) tofu w/Bragg's amino acids and green onion
tortilla chips/hummus mango
Casserole (pinto beans w/vegetarian taco meat, a small amount of cheese) brown rice mango
Luna bar I'm sure there will be some dark chocolate throughout the day!

Breakfast Banana Snack Pretzels Lunch missed lunch think I had another banana Snack Pretzels Supper Chicken sandwich with tiny bit Miracle whip Snack Kettle chips sea salt and vinegar(mouth is on fire!) 2nd snack(just tasting for tomorrow)slice of dutch apple bread(Iwill post this recipe on the recipe board it was fantastic!) Also drank water and half can gingerale.Had a slice of lemon bread at some point too.
Feel good tonight let you know tomorrow.

Breakfast: english muffin with dairy-free Tofutti cream cheese, hard-boiled egg, 1/2 banana Lunch: Rice cheese and avocado sandwich on rice bread Snack: brown rice cake with hummus and baby carrots Snack: dates with almonds and walnuts (ouch!) Dinner: baked chicken breast, 1/2 baked yam, and a baby greens salad with a little bit of olive oil and balsamic
Not a whole lot of safe foods for me today, and I'm paying for it.

Peach herbal tea with 1 tsp. Acacia Serving Cream of Rice with sliced strawberries (fresh)
Lunch:
Grilled Mahi Mahi with roasted squash, potatoes, green beans and carrots
Snach: Graham Cracker sticks (organic)
Dinner:
2 slices boars head sliced oven roasted chicken 2 slices sourdough bread (organic) Small amount of boars head spicy mustard Baked Ruffles Potato Chips Sliced Strawberries (fresh) with blueberries
Dessert: Peach Sorbet
6 glasses of water
Night beverage: Tazo Calm tea with 1 tsp Acacia

BBQ party,potluck.
Breakfast- Banana
snack- Slice of white bread
Lunch_ banana
Snack - slice of white bread with chicken and mayo
Yes boring I know but I was busy all day!
Supper(this is where I totally messed up)
1 zantac 75
Hamburger w/tomato, cheese slice, ketchup, mustard
Maccaroni salad- no idea what was in it
Taco salad-ground beef,lettuce,tomato,green pepper,spices,catalina dressing
2 devilled eggs
2 bites of cake
1 slice of apple bread
Took an Imodium after because tummy was feeling funny.
2 mouthfuls of vodka cooler
was expecting total attack but next day and so far no problems.Tummy is calm and no bm , no gas or cramping.!
Yeah today I think I'll eat safe though!

Ok it's 2pm and I spoke too soon.Major pain.Cramps,think it's just gas but how on earth can air cause so much pain????
