Hi,
I am new user to this group. Indeed i joined 2 minutes before and i have to post this message because i am very desperate for an answer.

I checked some of the recipies mentioned by Heather. They use soy milk as an alternative to regular milk. But i did some search on internet on soymilk and found the following link. it is too scary , it claims too much of soy consumption can convert straigth males to gays.
http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53327

Could anyone explain me whether the info in above link is correct or not? Does Heather answer any of the questions posted here? If she answers the above question that would be even better.

Thank You Very much ,.. i will continue reading the other recipies ,..

Frankly I was shocked at this article. No, not because I believed it but because I can't believe that anyone with any intelligence would think it was true. So I looked up James Rutz, the author. He is founder and chairman of something called Mega Shift Ministries, and Open Church Ministries. I can only assume these are "super Christian" type of ministries. I would never question or criticize anyone's beliefs, but these statements Rutz made are ridiculous and unfounded. I am a Christian. I have a gay son (age 32) who never once ate anything soy because I'd never heard of it while he was growing up. He was born gay. He is a wonderful human being, and also a Christian.
Soy is a great dairy substitute for IBS'ers and for vegetarians like me. I know many mothers who are vegetarians and feed their children soy products, and none of these little boys are "feminized".
Do your own research, and realize that in many many cases statements of facts are really just opinions of the author.
Make your own educated choices about what you and your family eat.

This was a great post. I read the original posting and have spent 2 days trying to figure out how to word a response. You posted exactly what I was trying to say. That article is STRICTLY opinion. There is NO evidence. What a world we live in, when people can scare others with these crazy thoughts.
Thanks for the well put response!
