Heather - we have looked in your book and you write that you take two fibercon before a meal. if my daughter is taking 1 teaspoon of alcaci, what does that equal to fibercon? it seems like 4 - 5 pills per time which is more than recommended.
Have a look at this web page. One teaspoon of acacia has 6 grams of SF and two Fibercon tables contains one gram of SF. You would need to take 12 Fibercon tablets to get the equivalent amount of SF in one teaspoon of acacia.

it seems so much as the back of the bottle says take no more than 8 in a day. i started her with two twice a day, increased to three twice a day and will add two more at lunch. thank you for responding.
