pears any one eat them

i love pears i did have them with skin just ate one with out is that better to take skin off please help

I'm pretty sure that pears are just fine, like apples are, as long as you take the skin off. I like canned pears the best and they never have the skin so it's easy to pack in my lunch.

Canned or peeled pears should be safe.
I can eat whole pears again skin & all, but I wouldn't try it if you're not stable.

will make people gassy. This happens to my hub and his system is normal. I always eat ripe pears, peel off, after SF.
