I've never tried the Aloe Colon Cleanse, my symptoms have always been predominently A/D so never something I've even considered taking. The subject of Aloe has been bought up before on the boards and the general view was that it probably wasn't a good idea. The biggest help I've found so far is probiotics and a carb laden diet.
