I'm not sure there is one specific probiotic that is good for the issues you have. I deal with the same ones. I make fennel/anise tea in a pot so I have it to drink when ever I want. I like the anise added to the fennel and anise is also known to help with the motility of the colon which helps the C. I've just started to try Triphala powder on the advice of a friend from India. It tastes nasty but I'm responding to it overall. It seems to help the digestion all along the track and I'm not having so many C issues. It's only been a week and I use Acacia fiber at each meal too. -------------------- Catnut IBS-C for many years, finally diagnosed in 2005. Wheat and dairy sensative. Align had the best results.
