Panera and Starbucks?

Anyone have Panera around them, there are so many around my area...if so, what is your favorite safe thing to get there? Also, anyone have things they can drink from Starbucks that is IBS friendly and yummy?

Starbucks has great peppermint tea and also Tazo Calm that are IBS safe.

I love getting peppermint tea with a little steamed soy milk in it at Starbucks, mmmm, makes me want it right now!

My standard order at Panera is a Pick 2 with a plain smoked turkey sandwich, chicken noodle soup and for a side, baked chips.

At Panera, I always get the U-Pick-2:
Half Smoked Turkey on Country White Bread and Cup of Vegetarian Vegetable Soup with a side of the French Baguette or Baked Lays. I like Panera, but for the price I'd rather go to Subway.
