I'm bored with everything I've been eating for lunch and everything I can think of to eat for lunch. Usually when that happens, I start to drift toward stuff I shouldn't eat like Fritos and pizza.
I'd love to hear what everyone had or will have for lunch today - I could really use some inspiration.
Thanks.

I had a Subway veggie sub on italian, no cheese, with red wine dressing and a bottle of lemonade.
I planned to have some soy yoghurt with oatmeal crisp and a bottle of water but I ended up going out with a colleague instead. The yoghurt will be tomorrow's!
I understand completely! I'm SICK of making, packing, eating the same boring lunches!

Okay I am loving this new lunch idea.. I also have been more with turkey or grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. The other day a co worker and I went to einstein bagels and they were promoting pizza bagels. She got one an it looked so yummy!! Of course I got a turkey panini with out cheese and some tomatoe basil sauce on the side. Which was very yummy but I know it must have had some dairy as it looked creamy and I only has a smidge. Not saying I usually would splurge but I have been feeling alot better lately..
Anyways,, heres the good part. I made my own pizza bagel for lunch today and that it was SO FABULOUS!!
I bought a couple of the plain bagels and they have agreed with me before. I got a all natural pizza sauce at whole foods a few weeks back. And sprinkled rice shredded mozarella cheese and melted in mini toaster at work.. Hello for that moment I felt normal and wasnt drooling at others lunch. Ha ha
So it was too funny to see this post today. Enjoy!!

Thanks for all the ideas. Everyone seems to eat a much more interesting lunch than I do. I'm going to bookmark this thread and go back to it for inspiration.

Both these dishes are yummy!
