I get these symtpoms and can't help but wonder if hypoglacemia and IBS go hand in hand - I get lightheaded, have low blood pressure, very tired in the afternoon, if I don't eat (almost constantly) I get shakey......
Are these normal with IBS and/or can IBS "create" hypoglacemia???

As well, its hurts me to have "sex"
My doctor said its my bowels that are in pain - but even my last pap test hurt which usually doesn't. She said all other organs seem fine and that its my bowels that are hurting...how is it that IBS causes a "bruisy hurt".....my kids can't jump on my stomach, I can't have intercourse, or now pap tests added to that....anyone else?? please tell me I"m not the only one!!!
