Do you find you are better able to stick to the diet if you have a list already made of what you'll eat each day? I'm about to go full-time with the diet and I"m trying to find the easiest way to do this. thanks!

I used to do this in the past when I was on other (weight loss) diets. It works GREAT and, especially in the beginning, I find it's the best way to stick to the plan.
I didn't keep a written menu when I started EFI, but I did keep a mental one in my head for the first few weeks. In fact, I still keep one in my head each week to a degree.
I say go ahead and do it if you think it will help!

I am just one of those people that has to stay organized. So one night a week I figure out 5 meals to make (two nights get leftovers), usually by what's on sale/fresh or what meat I have on hand. I make my list and shop for the whole week. Since I now work at a large supermarket I can buy groceries several times a week if I want but it still works best to get what I need one day per week. For lunches I tend to eat the same thing for some time, right now hummus and pita, or if I run out I'll make a PB&J.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
