Yeast-free, dairy-free grain products?

What types of bread products do not contain yeast? Is it just a matter of reading labels to find the yeast-free stuff, or are there certain items which are generally safe?
I tested high for yeast on a food insensitivity test so I am trying to avoid it as much as possible.

I also, have an intolerance for yeast..and yes, you have to read all labels. Yeast is in a lot of foods you wouldn't suspect...crackers, dry/canned soups, pastries, sauces, munchies, you know...all the good stuff! It may not say "yeast" but a form of yeast, so be careful. I buy yeast-free bread at the local health food store or local grocery store. Some are better than others so you need to experiement to see what is good. Some taste like cardboard. I also take natural antifungals and probiotics which seem to help.

You can always do tortillas. I have seen yeast free breads in the freezer section of whole foods....one was made of spelt, though.

Again, read all labels because some tortillas have yeast. I buy millet/flaxseed yeast-free bread and love it. We have a local bakery that makes a lot of "healthy" foods like the yeast-free products. You could check that out too.

Would this bread be Sammies millet/flax bread? You don't eat GF too, do you?
We have no bakeries that cater to yeast free or gluten free for that matter.

Yup, that's the bread. Love it. I freeze it and toast it as needed. I am not a big bread eater anymore anyway. I don't crave it like I used to. I don't particularly strive for GF. I don't think I have that problem. But, you know, I never really experimented with that. It's the yeast that bothers me. Can you buy Sami's?

Yes, I have had sammies bread. It's good...but I was afraid it was too IF to have 2 pieces for a sandwich. Do you eat both pieces without any bread that is more SF?
It just surprised me that you eat it if you aren' GF.

I eat it because it is yeast free. I don't eat the Sami's that has yeast. Doesn't bother me at all, and all other yeast breads do. I can't even eat crackers, munchies, canned/dried packaged soups, sauces, etc. that have yeast.
