sounds like me... the only thing that seems to help me is eating a really strick diet
water
oatmeal
banana
rice
chicken
turkey
sometimes i really spice things up with a peppermint tea!!!
It really is so depressing... I don't know how it is for you or for anyone else.. but everyone I associate with socially eats... "what do you want to do?" "i dont know lets go get something to eat".. it's really fun asking 3 billion question about rice.. and then ordering water!!

Yes...I sure do! And like you, I tend to feel it sometimes higher in the digestive system.(and sometimes in the lower!!) This is gross, but I tend to burp a lot too.......like the gas gets trapped in my stomach or something.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, i've noticed this, and unfortunately I don't have any answer as to this yet. I've been looking into Betaine HCL, basicly stomach acid. Indigestion and gas I suppose are partially caused by poor digestion. Therefore I think more stomach acid might actually help. Has anyone tried betaine hcl?
