Is it okay to eat lobster? I'm going to be at the
coast for christmas and would love to eat lobster.

Just as long as you stay clear of the butter and other fats, there should be no reason why not! Fish is very good and IBS safe.

YEA! Lobster is my favorite thing besides chocolate and I've given that up. I wonder if I can at least have
some lemon on my lobster. I can't wait! Thank you!
